At Flashforge, we want you to be completely satisfied with your 3D printing experience. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the 3D printer and all original accessories in the original factory packaging to ensure the unit is protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
